Business Group Praises Airport Investment Programme

One of Dublin’s leading business organisations has praised the Transforming Dublin Airport investment programme.

Dublin Chamber of Commerce council member Peter Brennan, who chairs the Chamber’s Transport and Infrastructure Committee, said that in building new infrastructure, the DAA was “correctly anticipating demand”.

In an article in today’s edition of The Irish Times, Brennan criticised the fact that short-term thinking has dominated infrastructural investment around Dublin, but said that this was the case at Dublin Airport.
