One of the key corporate objectives for the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) is to successfully develop and build the new facilities and capacity needed to manage the significant passenger and traffic growth projected for Ireland's airports in the future. This objective is also central to the continued wellbeing and future growth of the Irish economy.
To help achieve this key aim, the DAA is investing in a major €1.2 billion capital development programme at Dublin Airport, which includes the construction of a new terminal and major improvements to existing facilities including new piers and passenger check-in facilities. Recent infrastructural developments outside of Dublin include the new terminal at Cork Airport.
Internally, the DAA is focused on the development of a strong, high-performance based and commercially focused company and workforce. The DAA's senior management has articulated a core company value with an emphasis on communication that defines the company's Vision Mission and Values and sets-out clear corporate objectives in the creation of a business focused State owned company.
The DAA is committed to delivering the best service for all its customers in addition to meeting the policy objectives of its primary stakeholder. The Dublin Airport Authority is also equally aware of its responsibility to the wider communities it operates in and the critical role it will continue to play in the lives of both its employees and the State.
