Shannon Airport Book/News Store Concession

Dublin Airport Authority plc (DAA) invites tenders for the management and operation of a Book/News Store Concession at Shannon Airport. The overall concession will be for a period of 5 years, commencing late summer 2008. The concession will operate out of two retail units situated in the main terminal building, one airside (available September 2008) and one landside (available January 2009).

The offer must include:

  • Full book range
  • Newspapers/magazines/stationery/cards
  • Limited range of soft drinks/confectionery
  • Telephone top-ups
  • Music/video

Tenders to be received not later than 15:00 hours on Tuesday 3rd June 2008.

Relevant experience will be an important consideration in assessing tenders.

It shall be a condition for the award of the concession that the successful tenderer provides a current Tax Clearance Certificate.

DAA does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
