GSH Appoint Advisers to Hotel Sale Process 

Following the announcement last week that it planned to dispose of its hotel assets, the Great Southern Hotels Group (GSH) has appointed BDO Simpson Xavier Corporate Finance as advisers to the sale process.

The commercial real estate services company, CB Richard Ellis will act as property advisers and agents to the process.   

GSH intends to sell its hotel assets as going concerns and plans to operate its hotels normally during the sale process.
